consideration. the family of a former fbi agent who was kidnapped in iran released new image of the 65-year-old man. you can see robert levinson draped in chains and dressing what appears to be a mock prison uniform holding a sign that reads help me. he's now 64. he will be 65. levinson kidnapped while on business trip to iran can i remember island in 2007. you can see in the series of photographs how much he changed over the years. dramatic. washington its working still through diplomatic channel to try to get him released. one more note from oversea overseas. the only known suspect jailed in connection with the deadly attack on the u.s. consulate in libya has just been set free. lawyer said he was released for look of evidence. the release highlights the little progress in the investigation in the attack which killed a prison for steven and 3 other americans on december 11 last year. just ahead here tonight. first ever video look at this.
